A welcoming space can bring a parish community closer together, and thanks to a grant from the our Foundation, St. Agnes in Red Lodge has completely transformed its gathering area!

With the grant and additional parish support, St. Agnes purchased 15 tables and 84 chairs, replacing worn-out furniture with comfortable seating and inviting round tables that encourage conversation and fellowship. The parishioners and Faith Formation families have already noticed the difference:

“The new tables and chairs arrived on October 29th, and we were so excited! As parishioners came in to work or pray, they all exclaimed how great it was! It has truly given our space a facelift.”

The impact was immediate. Parishioners enjoyed coffee and donuts after Mass and commented on how much more comfortable the chairs were and how much easier it was to connect and converse at the new tables. The Faith Formation children and their families have also benefited, with events now feeling more welcoming and engaging.

To make the space even more special, the CCW ladies donated tablecloths, and a parishioner handmade centerpiecesfor every table. The old tables and chairs were gifted to parishioners for personal use, ensuring nothing went to waste.
