This annual distribution from the Ginnaty McArthur Family Legacy Scholarship Endowment provides scholarships for students who are members of Our Lady of Lourdes Church or graduates of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School to attend Great Falls Central Catholic High School.

As strong believers in the importance and value of Catholic education, Matthew and Erin Ginnaty sent their own sons through Catholic school in the state in which they were currently living. Understanding the hardships some families have with being able to pay tuition, Matt and Erin decided that providing scholarships for others was a good way to help families from their home parish, Our Lady of Lourdes in Great Falls. They began funding scholarships for Our Lady of Lourdes parishioners or graduates of Our Lady of Lourdes School to attend Great Falls Central Catholic High School from their own resources. They continue privately funding the outright scholarships, while also making donations (along with other donors) to build this endowment until it is able to sustain through its annual distribution a minimum of $8,000 in scholarships per year.

Monthly Giving

Planned Giving
Your support of permanent endowments at the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana can qualify you for unique tax and/or lifetime income benefits (especially the hefty 40% Montana Endowment Tax Credit) through what we call “planned gifts.”
Establish a Named (Legacy) Endowment
Donors may create a Named (Legacy) Endowment benefiting the Catholic parish, school, or ministry of their choice. All that’s required to start is a gift of $20,000 or more (or a pledge of $20,000 or more, given within five years of creating the endowment).
