Annual distributions from the Dee and Michelle White Memorial Endowment will be used to meet the greatest needs of our diocese, as determined by the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana Board of Directors.

Everett White decided to create a named endowment at the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana in honor of his wife Dee and daughter Michelle, who passed away in 2017 and 2016, respectively. The Dee and Michelle White Memorial Endowment is a beautiful way to honor their memory, their goodness, and how much Everett loves them.
The Catholic Church was so beloved by Dee White, and such an important part of so many family memories with her, their surviving daughter Christine, and Michelle, that it made sense to Everett to create an endowment in the names of his departed family members. He said, “I know that the Foundation will honor my wishes, and that this legacy I’m creating will go on forever. It’s good to know I can help the Church in this way.”

Monthly Giving

Planned Giving
Your support of permanent endowments at the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana can qualify you for unique tax and/or lifetime income benefits (especially the hefty 40% Montana Endowment Tax Credit) through what we call “planned gifts.”
Establish a Named (Legacy) Endowment
Donors may create a Named (Legacy) Endowment benefiting the Catholic parish, school, or ministry of their choice. All that’s required to start is a gift of $20,000 or more (or a pledge of $20,000 or more, given within five years of creating the endowment).
