Emily Schneller
What I do: I am the first-ever Philanthropy Specialist for the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana and work directly with donors, pastors, parishioners, Catholic schools, and Catholic nonprofit organizations.
What I did: Prior to working for the Foundation, I worked for the U.S. House of Representatives and served as a field representative in Billings for U.S. Congressman Matt Rosendale. I also recently became a mother to a sweet little boy.
Favorite Place In Montana: My favorite place in the state is my family’s ranch in Paradise Valley, just outside my hometown of Livingston. My grandpa moved to the property during the 1930s and my (4) siblings and I had the privilege of growing up in such a beautiful and peaceful place.
About Faith and Work: I was raised in a Catholic family and attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Livingston for 4 years. After graduating high school, I moved to Billings for college and was blessed to meet my husband who also grew up in a big, Catholic family. God blessed us both with the sweetest miracle baby in 2024, and our family attends Mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Billings. As a lifelong Catholic, I am honored to be the first to fill this role for the Foundation and hope to use my skills to help establish a bright future for the Church.
Fun Personal Fact: I have a Golden Retriever named Piper and she loves to fly in my husband’s airplane!
